This Privacy Policy explains how Voyce ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Voyce app. By using Voyce, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we store the identifier you sign in with (such as your email or Apple ID credential) so we can keep your library and settings across sessions.
• Podcast activity. The shows you follow, episodes you play, and your listening history — used to power the app's core features (catching up on your shows, recall, and recommendations).
• Chat messages. The questions you ask Voyce, processed to generate responses and to enforce weekly usage limits.
• Usage and diagnostics. Anonymous analytics (via Firebase) about how the app is used, to help us fix problems and improve features.
• Subscription status. Purchase and entitlement data managed through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store to unlock Voyce Plus. We never receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.

How we use your information

• To provide and personalize the app's features.
• To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits.
• To diagnose issues and improve the product.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the app work — including Apple, RevenueCat, and Google Firebase — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Data retention

We keep your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your associated data.

Your choices

• You can delete your account and data at any time from the app's account settings.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account.

Children

Voyce is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
